Charlotte Håkonsen

Charlotte Håkonsen

CHAIR

Charlotte Håkonsen is General Counsel at Aker ASA. She joined Aker in 2020, after serving as Partner at the Norwegian law firm BAHR, where she also began her career in 2006. From 2014 to 2018, she served as Head of Legal and Compliance at Akastor ASA.

Ms. Håkonsen has broad experience with a wide range of contracts and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as company law, corporate governance, and compliance risk management. She holds a Cand.jur. degree from the University of Oslo.

Ms. Håkonsen is a Norwegian citizen. She joined the Board of Philly Shipyard AS in September 2025.

Frank Reite

Frank Reite

DIRECTOR

Frank O. Reite joined Aker in 1995 and served as Chief Financial Officer of Aker ASA from 2015 to 2019. He currently works as an advisor and serves as Chair of the Audit Committee at Aker ASA.

Mr. Reite holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo. He was previously President & CEO of Akastor ASA and has held several executive roles within the Aker group, where he was responsible for developing investments in Converto Capital Fund AS, Havfisk ASA, Norway Seafoods AS, and Aker Yards ASA. He also has experience from banking and private equity, having served as Operating Director at Paine & Partners, a New York-based private equity firm.

Mr. Reite currently chairs the boards of Akastor ASA, Solstad Maritime Holding AS, Converto AS, and Norron AB. He is also Deputy Chair of Aker ASA, and a director of AMSC ASA, Solstad Offshore ASA, and Aker BioMarine ASA, among others.

Mr. Reite is a Norwegian citizen. He joined the Board of Philly Shipyard AS in September 2025.

Svein Oskar Stoknes

Svein Oskar Stoknes

DIRECTOR

Svein Oskar Stoknes is Chief Financial Officer of Aker ASA, a role he has held since 2019. Prior to joining Aker ASA, he was CFO of Aker Solutions ASA, where he began in 2007 and was appointed CFO in 2014. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance and advisory roles at Tandberg, Citigroup, the Norwegian Trade Council, and ABB.

Mr. Stoknes earned a master’s degree in business and economics from the Norwegian School of Management and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.

Mr. Stoknes is a director of Akastor ASA, Aker Capital AS, and several other companies where Aker is the largest shareholder.

Mr. Stoknes is a Norwegian citizen. He joined the Board of Philly Shipyard AS in September 2025.
